Hulls Engineering Australia was established in July 1975 filling a market need for a local engineering and fabrication contractor. Forty nine years later the company is still operating successfully and looking for future marketing opportunities.
Up to 94 personnel at a time have been employed, performing a variety of engineering and fabrication functions and for a period of 12 months Hulls Engineering Australia being in the top 6% of businesses in Victoria for growth.
Hulls Engineering Australia is situated in Leongatha with a manufacturing roof area of 4,500 sq. mts.
Our History
Hulls Engineering Australia has it’s own design engineer/shop detailer with AutoCAD and Solidworks drafting facilities and it’s own in house estimator and sales team. The factory building is equipped with 2 x 10 tonne gantry cranes at an approximate hook height of 10m
Plant and equipment comprises of NC press brake and guillotine facilities. CNC plasma profile cutter with a 14x4m bed with a capacity of 32mm stainless steel and aluminium and 200mm in mild steel. 3m Plate rolls with the capacity to roll 12mm thick and incorporating 4 rollers to pre-bend. Pipe benders, MIG and TIG machines up to 600A, DC welders and 2 submerged arcs to 1200A.

Our surface preparation area is equipped with an abrasive blasting plant and the capacity for industrial coatings to the required specification.
